A new and distinct apple tree named ‘Nicoter’. The new variety is the result of a cross between ‘Gala’ and ‘Braeburn,’ and is most similar in appearance to ‘Gala’. The new variety is distinguishable from ‘Gala’ by its red coloration and slightly less conical shape.
