A new apple tree ( Malus domestics Borkh) ‘Monalisa’ is described. ‘Monalisa’ is a ‘Gala’-type apple notable for its high resistance to scab and glomerella leaf spot, resistance to red spider mite, low chilling requirement and uniform red-purple skin color.
