Abstract

‘ARAANTRED5’ is a new and distinctive variety of Anthurium plant which is characterized by the combination of a compact growth habit with an abundance of foliage and inflorescences, relatively small, durable leaves which are dark green and glossy, large, durable spathes with a broad cordate shape and a vibrant red general coloration, and the stability of all characteristics from generation to generation. The new variety is typically produced as an indoor ornamental plant.
