A new and distinct cultivar of Alstroemeria plant named ‘Zoe’, characterized by its compact and mounding plant habit; sturdy and strong plants; vigorous growth habit and moderate to rapid growth rate; freely branching habit; green and pale yellow green variegated leaves; light red-colored flowers with yellow-colored centers and dark-colored stripes; and good garden performance.
