A new and distinct cultivar of Alstroemeria plant named ‘Zalsachablu’, characterized by its erect and moderately strong flowering stems; moderately vigorous growth habit; upright inflorescences with relatively small white to light green and light red-colored flowers without stripes; excellent postproduction longevity; and relative tolerance to high temperatures.
