A new and distinct cultivar of Aloe plant named ‘EC-ALAC-2005’ is disclosed, characterized by tight, upright plant habit. Leaves are dark green with light green stripes and a serrate light red and yellow-green margin. The new variety is an Aloe , typically produced as an indoor or outdoor ornamental plant.
