A new and distinct cultivar of Ajuga named ‘BINPARCOL’ that is characterized by compact mat-forming habit, multi-color foliage, and light blue flowers. In combination these traits set ‘BINPARCOL’ apart from all other existing varieties of Ajuga known to the inventor.
