A new and distinct variety of Aglaonema plant, denominated ‘UF-808-4’, characterized by medium sized and upright plant growth habit, vigorous and dense growth habit, dark green-colored leaves with large grey green-colored venal areas covering over half the leaf surface, and petioles and stems possessing numerous white spots.
