A new cultivar of Agapanthus plant named ‘DWAgHyb18’ that is characterized by its good resistance to root and crown rot, its umbels of flowers that are white and green in color opening from green flower buds, its long flowering period with modest re-blooming, its medium plant height, and its semi-evergreen growth habit.
